- provide you with advice in relation to a contract, finance and your rights
- transfer the property into your name, and
- attend to all other necessary tasks, to ensure you an easy and stress-free purchase.
You should be provided with a Vendors Statement (Also called a “Section 32”) prior to signing any Contract. Please also provide the Vendors Statement to our office at your earliest convenience so that we may advise you of any issues that may arise.
If you have signed a Contract of Sale, or received a draft of a proposed contract, please ask the agent to provide a copy to our office also.
